It's Hard Being a Human

You’re damn right, I am. Who isn’t? It all depends with your experiences with an individual or situation.

Recently, I was called a hypocrite. No, not the first time, but the most recent time. It turned the wheels of my brain. Whenever, I’m called out on anything I replay my actions in my head. Here’s what I came up with… now bear with me.

I am a hypocrite because I see the very worst in people I do not like, and I make excuses for the people I love. I am a hypocrite because there are things I don’t like in myself that I don’t want others to have to live with. I am a hypocrite because when people call me on my shit, it hurts me and embarrasses me. These are the very same reasons that we are all hypocrites.

I challenge you to say that you are not.
